Johnathan Vigil is a San Francisco Realtor® with Vantage Realty, helping first-time home buyers, condominium buyers, and sellers navigate one of the country’s most unique and competitive real estate markets. Based in Lower Nob Hill, Johnathan works with clients in every San Francisco neighborhood and welcomes opportunities throughout the city. He has a particular affinity for the Mission, Castro, Noe Valley, and Pacific Heights—neighborhoods known for their distinctive architecture, energy, and sense of community.

Johnathan moved to San Francisco from Colorado in 2010, determined to build a meaningful life in the city he now proudly calls home. Over the years, he has come to know San Francisco one neighborhood, Muni stop, coffee shop, restaurant, and conversation at a time. That lived experience gives him a personal understanding of what makes each part of the city special. He does not simply help people evaluate properties; he helps them consider the lifestyle, community, and sense of belonging that come with choosing a home in San Francisco.

With a professional background in aviation and luxury hospitality, Johnathan understands the importance of calm communication, attentive service, organization, discretion, and care. He brings those qualities to every real estate conversation, property tour, disclosure review, and negotiation. His goal is to make clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the buying or selling process.

Johnathan is especially passionate about helping first-time buyers understand the San Francisco home-buying process. He helps clients navigate financing, property disclosures, inspections, offer strategies, condominium HOA documents, TIC ownership, and the differences between San Francisco neighborhoods and property types. For sellers, he provides thoughtful guidance on property preparation, positioning, marketing, and offer evaluation.

As a member of the SFAR RISE Cohort, Johnathan is actively invested in leadership, mentorship, and the evolution of real estate in San Francisco. He believes exceptional service should be available at every price point. His philosophy is simple: luxury is not a price point—it is how people are treated.

When he is not exploring San Francisco real estate, Johnathan enjoys discovering local restaurants, traveling with his husband, staying active, and walking their French bulldog through Lower Nob Hill.
